The seventh major project in an ongoing partnership between SUM and Advantis Credit Union, the Lloyd Center Branch is finely tuned to reflect the ethos of the company. A dated and deary branch space that lacked access to natural light was tansformed into a bright and energetic environment through the implementation of curving walls encompassing an open and dynamic lobby. Bold use of color and texture intuatively imply a welcoming, comfortable place, which is then supported by a lighting design that encourages both playfulness and productivity. The architecture supports the implementation of the latest in branch banking technology, interactive teller machines allow even greater independence and choices for members, while employees are free to mingle and build relationships.
